shopping
30 May 2011 @ 12:45
Yesterday, my family and I went to Tanger Outlet to go shopping. I usually don't buy much whenever we go shopping because I'm super picky (I think I mentioned that before) and super cheap. But a lot of the stores were having Memorial Day sales so that made me a happy Asian :)

My sister and I got matching wifebeaters. Who cares if it's from the 2010 fashion show, we da cutestttt even though I have that awkward smile/non-smile/I'm-going-to-kill-you look thing going on. And we're both looking in different directions lol.

She's curvier and more tan than I am though ;_; And I look worse than my sister because she's all dolled up and ready to go out while my hair and face are all blah. I'm also wearing bad-looking shorts (which you thankfully can't see) where the top part has been rolled up like what ghetto people do with their sweatpants.

And I also got a shirt from Pacsun and Aerie. Too lazy to take pictures of those and too lazy to describe them, so I won't. Unless Steven/Kyle/James want me to, since they're like the only readers I have lolol

The total for the Aerie tee came out to be $7.26. I gave the cashier $10 and she couldn't figure out how much change to give me, I guess the register was malfunctioning or something since she entered $50 by accident. Anyway it took 3 of their cashiers to figure out the (wrong) amount of change without a calculator... "See, 100 cents minus 25 would be 75, and then you add one more, because it's 26 cents. And then you just count from 7 to 10, so that's 3, so her change is $3.76." But yeah I gave her the extra dollar back, because she was nice. If she were bitchy, I probably wouldn't have done that lol. I got my karma back because my sister and I went to Old Navy later and they were giving out free marshmallow/cereal bars :)

Also from Victoria's Secret, a really soft and comfy hoodie! The front is supacute, but the back is sort of meh with some school from Minnesota. I like that the sleeves are a bit longer than usual.

It looks blueish in the picture, but it's actually a royal purplish color.

I'm pretty happy with what I bought, since you usually can't get a hoodie and 3 shirts for about $30.

After that, we went out to eat sushi. My sister and I ordered ice cream for dessert and my mom sort of wanted some too, except she only wanted a little so we were going to share ours with her. Then the waitress came back and gave my mom a scoop of red bean ice cream and like half a scoop of vanilla on the house, I thought that was really nice of her. She told us that her mom is like that too :P

And finally, this is the new scarf I've been working on. I want to make it a circle scarf with 3 smallish cream-colored blocks in between the brown ones. We'll see how that goes~
