deathly hallows part two part two
23 July 2011 @ 00:26
....Except not really.
But first, today's outfit! I sort of quickly threw it together last minute, but I really like it. I have really bony shoulders though. :<
I wore this with my Doc Martens, even though my mom called me impractical again because it was about 100 degrees outside. Whuteva, I can't tell the difference between normal sneakers and Doc Martens anyway, at least in terms of how... comfortable they are in hot weather?
My mom, sister, and I were going to watch Friends With Benefits and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2, except we didn't get to watch Harry Potter because it was in 3D and it's pointless to sneak into a 3D movie without 3D glasses. How sad. I was totally looking forward to watch it again too.
Friends with Benefits was a pretty good movie, though! The little scenes between the main characters (lol I don't even remember their names) were so cute. ...But it kind of makes me want to have a boyfriend ;_;. A real boyfriend though, not a friend with benefits, not going out with some guy I knew for 3 months. Someone to love me back and to snuggle with and to give kisses to and to really love and fgjlfkgh /cries
At least I'll always still have ice cream and mushy movies.

tissues

I'm lazy so I'm just going to post pictures and half-ass this post ok? Ok. My camera is still broken and I still haven't gotten a new one yet, so sorry for the crappy pictures.
Went to hang out with Michelle and Albert today. I left late because I was playing StarCraft II with James and Brian (mostly watching them play though) and was looking for an umbrella last minute. But that's ok, since Michelle wasn't dressed yet anyway at the time we were supposed to meet.
This is what I wore today. I also wore my Doc Martens, but I didn't get to take a picture of them because I forgot. I've been wearing them a lot lately actually, even though they aren't really that practical for hot summer weather. The black thing is a super cute lace bandeau, but you can't really see it clearly. Also showing off my new bag. :)
I bought a garbage bin at Target, finally! They had different colors too, and I wish I could have gotten more... But you know, I don't need 5 or so garbage bins.
We went to Bed Bath & Beyond after Target. I bought a face cleanser (can't mooch off my sister's for forever) and a tube of facial scrub (apricot!) since I was running out.
Even though I only used it once, I'm really loving the cleanser so far - it's very gentle and doesn't dry out my face. I've been using the St. Ives scrub for a while now, and it leaves my face feeling really smooth. The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to put more moisturizer on my nose than usual because it starts peeling.
I also got tissues with cute packaging.
And then I walked home in the rain because I didn't have an umbrella with me. ;_;

oh look an update
18 May 2011 @ 10:57
Since James says I don't update often... here I am, updating. And since I don't know what to blag about since nothing interesting has happened recently, I will blag about what I wore today because I'm so ~stylish~ even though it's rainy and dreary and blah.
Ok no not really.
I got the sweater at Old Navy a bunch of years ago when it was on sale. I found it in the mens' section and they didn't have small/extra small, so I got a medium. At first I kinda regretted getting it since it didn't even fit me and I thought it made me look boxy and etc, but I like it now :) The socks also kind of make me feel like a stripper but that's ok since I think they're qtttt
And I think it looks ok with a blazer too :) I think this is like the first time I smile smiled in a picture lol.
FYI: The desk in the bottom left, it's not mine. Mine is
much cleaner.
The heap of clothes on the sofa aren't mine either.
And towels in the back because that's where I hang up my laundry/towels.
And yes, two blankets. I almost never make my bed because I'm too lazy.

my cute tank top
17 February 2011 @ 21:40
I wore that cute hooded tank that I blagged about a few posts back today :). It seems a bit crazy especially in February, but today was around 50 degrees (10 degrees for you Canadians, I think?) so it was warm enough for a light jacket or a slightly padded sweater. My sister took my blazer this morning so I looked really stupid with my thick coat.
.../dislikes my armpit fat
ANYWAY I think it looks cuter from the back, even with the little rolls from my wifebeater.
