valentine
17 February 2012 @ 19:49
February 14th, 2012. My first "real" Valentine's day. I did have valentines in the past, but they were people like good friends or mommy or my grandmother.
I got these bullet casing earrings for Kai, I thought they were pretty cool~ Even though they were late. I gave them to him today and he wanted me to have one of them too. So now we have matching earrings!
He surprised me with a rose when I met up with him that morning. I never really received a rose from anyone before, other than my friend Jessica who gave me one of hers. I'm actually sort of scared of getting flowers from someone special, because I don't want them to wilt. ;_; But I suppose I can let mine dry so I can treasure it forever n______n.

It's been a long while since an update, huh?
Yesterday I went out shopping with my family for nearly the whole day, and I came back with... hand soap, a makeup bag, and earrings. Not even any clothes or scarves or shoes. Part of me is angry that I spent so much time looking at stuff that I didn't like, but part of me is happy that I saved money by not buying much.
The makeup bag is cute! It has vertical stripes on one side and horizontal stripes on the other :) The most I'm probably going to use the bag for is... my chapstick or something, since I don't wear makeup anymore. Mostly because taking it off at the end of the day takes some time. Not a lot of time, maybe 3 or 5 minutes at most. But yeah, I'm just lazy I guess.
The earrings are cute too! They're like little knots and they're so cute :>
.....I think close half of my closet is from American Eagle/Aerie. It's kind of sad, because I don't want to be the kind of person to buy everything they own from one store. I mean you can just tell if someone buys all their stuff from Hollister/Abercrombie because all their stuff is... the same. It kind of annoys me a little bit when I see people who wears everything from a certain store. I don't know if people think that all the clothes from American Eagle are similar. At least I'm not wearing a shirt, shorts, sweater, and shoes that are from American Eagle all at once I guess. I'm actually pretty conscious about that sort of thing so I always make sure that I'm not wearing more than one thing from any brand at once. Not that what other people wear is any of my business anyway. /endrant

"Vanilla berry sorbet" makes me just want to eat the soap. It smells so good! Makes me want to wash my hands often for no reason. My unfinished oatmeal breakfast to the side. I ate about 6 bites of it and suddenly felt full. I was totally looking forward to eat it too, because I haven't eaten oatmeal in a while and we happened to have fresh fruit in the house :/
Lol at using my webcam as a ghetto camera. My actual camera broke (too lazy/cheap to get a new one for now) and my phone camera is worse than the webcam, so........ yeah.
I didn't get a chance to find a nice bag, but I'm thinking of getting this
man bag or this
slightly girlier one in black. The manly bag is slightly bigger in length but the girly one is wider and I like both, but I don't want to get both. What do???

I got my Marc Jacobs Latin rings today! :) I got the "inter nos" and "veritas inlustrat" ones, which mean "between us" and "truth enlightens," respectively.
Sheep earrings.
THEY ARE SO CUTE ASDF. But I thought that they'd be a lot smaller than this. I don't like wearing hoop/hoop-ish earrings at all and they look really tacky/ghetto/not cute on me D: Maybe I'll just take the sheep off and make them into fish-hook earrings or something.
Feather earrings too~ I kinda wish they had silver ones instead of gold. But they're still pretty so it's okay :D
Also, my snake ring which I got a little while ago - I wanted to blag about this one sooner but I kept on forgetting. Isn't it cool? Wearing this ring makes me feel cooler by 48.7% 8D
And lastly, this really cute necklace! This one is a bit blurry; it's supposed to be an Eiffel Tower. Although I must admit that this was an impulse buy - it's cute, but I don't even wear necklaces, the only jewelry that I actually wear are earrings and rings. I suppose I'll find a special occasion to wear this... which'll probably be never heh :<
ok bye sorry for making you wait for like 15 minutes for this crappy post james
