My mommy's birthday was on November 5th :) I made her a cheesecake! It has an oreo crust and orange zest filling with raspberry swirls on the top, I'm so fancy yo~ .....But it broke AND sunk in the oven because I didn't have a pan large enough for a water bath. Observe:

I think it looked pretty in slice form though. Except my cheesecake cutting skills are horrible.

My mom said that she really liked it and that it tasted like a Juniors cheesecake. Mission was accomplished! :)
