I bought Minecraft last week and I've been playing it every day for at least a few hours since :< I've been working on my home <3 And James said that he expected to see pictures of it, so... lame excuse for an update, yay.

Here's the front of my house! It's a bit... wonky since I didn't plan how it'd look like and etc. The part that I'm most proud of is the waterfall :D


The balcony facing the front yard. That's my fail lighthouse/tower/etc thang that I failed at. I wanted to make a spiral staircase around it too, but I failed and decided to take the whole thing down... and then realized that I couldn't because it's too high up. So yeah, that's probably going to be staying there for a while.


And here's the backyard with a pool. The torches on the wall are supposed to form a heart btw.


The inside of the house. I also like the stairs. Sort of. The chests over there don't work for some reason. :| The brick-wall part is going to be my fireplace which will not set my house on fire. Just need to look for something that'll burn for forever :>


This is the second floor! I like how a lot of "natural light" gets in because of the glass-window ceiling. Glass is my favorite :)


I BURNED HALF MY HOUSE DOWN WITH THIS PART. I was going to set the bookshelves down but I used the flint and steel instead.


Lesson learned: never, ever, ever ever ever have the flint and steel on the action bar while in a house made of wood. For me at least, since I apparently can't tell the difference between a shelf of books and something that sets stuff on fire in addition to having the slowest reaction time ever.

Anyway, I'll have an awesome underwater rollercoaster that'll bring me from my spawn home to my to-be awesome home one day. I actually found a nice island that was relatively flat except for the millions of trees that were everywhere. That's going to be the spot for my awesome home 8) ....that is, if I don't get lost getting there/don't get lost going back to my spawn home/die.

Minecraft is a lot more fun when playing with other people (aka Kyle and maybe James) though. I'm making some other awesome house in the world Kyle and I are playing in. Kyle says he's going to burn it down. I hope he's kidding about that. :<
